Dr Garude is a gold medallist from Mumbai university (Sion hospital). He has trained in UK for three years. He has completed the MCh Orthopaedics degree from the university of Liverpool in 1997.
He has travelled globally (USA, France, Australia), gaining significant exposure to shoulder surgery and arthroscopies of all joints.
He has a rich experience of over 25 years in shoulder surgery and arthroscopy.
He is an active member and faculty at various national meetings organized by the Indian Arthroscopy Society. He delivers talks and conducts arthroscopy training workshops all over the country.
He has published papers in national and international journals.
He is a consultant in Mumbai at various leading multi specialty hospitals providing state of the art care in the field of shoulder surgery, arthroscopy and sports medicine.
He is a keen sportsman himself. He plays cricket, cycles and treks avidly, in the Sahyadris and the Himalayas. He is a certified mountaineer, having completed the mountaineering course from Canada
